About the Residential Home Care Network
The Residential Home Care Network is a consortium of Adult Family Care Homes and Assisted Living Facilities that provide care for your loved one in a “private home” setting. Our residents enjoy one on one services delivered by caring, compassionate professionals, and families enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved one is getting the personalized attention they need. Many of our homes support the “Aging in Place” philosophy, and as such, will make every effort to provide support services to keep them in our home until their condition requires relocation to a nursing facility.
Our “budget friendly” homes provide a wide array of services that enable our residents to receive the care they need and the support they and their families deserve. Our Person-Centered approach promotes choice, purpose and meaning in your loved ones daily life. Our homes follow these principles and see the person as an individual, rather than their ailment or on abilities they may have lost.
Senior Residential Care Options
An Adult Family Care Home (AFCHs) is a residential home that provides housing, meals, and assistance with activities of daily living to those that need help. The owner/provider must live in the home and offers support to no more than 5 residents.
Find Adult Family Care
Assisted living facilities (ALFs) are facilities that provide housing, meals, assistance with activities of daily living and supportive services to older persons and disabled adults who are unable to live independently. ALFs can be in a private home as well as a commercial building.
Find Assisted Living
Memory Care is generally designed for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other cognitive impairments. Either types of facility referenced here, Adult Family Care or Assisted Living, can provide memory care. Ask your Provider.
